F.I.B.C. Bag Earth Monitoring System with Interlocking Model No.EIL-FIBC-1022 is expressly designed for providing grounding to bag and a earth monitoring probe to monitor grounding throughout powder loading or unloading operation. The details about connection facilities and electrical and mechanical specifications are given in following pages.
Working of Unit:- The unit operates from 230 Volts Line. It has isolated D.C power supply and current through the probe, as given in specifications under entity parameters, is intrinsically safe to use. A grounding clamp is also provided to connect at bottom side flap on bag. From instrument two wires of 2.5mm² run to connect to verified earth or earth pit concerned. The monitoring works with interlock, to indicate healthy earthling of bag in the range 10 K. Ohms to 10 M. Ohms. If it detects less than 10 K. Ohms or more than 10 M. Ohms, an interlocking connection is provided through potential free 6Amps rating N.O. contact. Red LED indication
comes with audible buzzer bips whenever there is earth fault it shuts down the main powder filling machine.
